Houssa.

The family home, reinvented.

A clear SCI, a framed pact, smooth resale. Houssa orchestrates co-ownership end to end.

01·Manifesto

Three principles. One platform.

Before the feature, the intent. This is what guides every product, legal and governance decision we make.

First principle

Accessibility

Ownership is no longer the privilege of the wealthy. A second home — be it a cabin in Brittany, an apartment in Lisbon or a villa in Provence — becomes possible from a few tens of thousands of euros, provided it is shared.

« Democratising ownership means making negotiable what was once reserved. »
Houssa Manifesto, §1

At Houssa, no minimum ticket required. We support groups of friends, extended families and like-minded collectives around a single property. The legal structure — a variable-capital SCI — allows flexible contribution amounts, members joining and leaving, without rewriting the statutes each time.

Second principle

Serenity

Governance as a collective work. A co-ownership that lasts is first and foremost governance that anticipates friction rather than handling it as a crisis.

« Better a clear pact than a forced friendship. »
Houssa Manifesto, §2

We provide a pre-drafted shareholder pact, configured with your group and signed electronically. Transparent usage calendars, weighted voting rules, mediation included in the subscription. No more improvising: everything is framed, and everything stays editable by unanimous decision.

Liquidity

What is built must be able to circulate. A share in an SCI should never become a trap: this is our most demanding commitment.

« Exit is a right. Continuity is a shared work. »
Houssa Manifesto, §3

Our internal secondary market lets a partner transfer their shares to a new entrant, subject to validation by co-partners (right of first refusal, majority approval). No lifetime lock-in, no forced buyback in an emergency. Liquidity preserves individual freedom without threatening the collective.

04·Matching

No one in your circle yet? Let's find your co-owners.

Co-ownership starts with the right people. Describe your project — we'll surface aligned profiles.

Geography, budget, lifestyle: three axes are enough to qualify a strong fit. We handle the rest quietly.

  • Geography

Regions, property type, seasonal use. Start from the obvious.

  • Affinities

Family, close friends, couples, mixed profiles. The right group before the right deed.

  • Budget & horizon

Entry ticket, monthly charges, project duration. Everything must align.
